Arrived in 2 weeks (to Canada), didn’t have to contact seller. Fits my hand, may or may not fit yours depending on how big your hand is. There is a slot for the thumb which is convenient. Will see how effectively it takes mal off the body but so far I’m satisfied. The glove is rough, giving me the impression that it’ll get the job done. Could be a little harsh on skin.
