Excellent product can't fault it at all. However, when I used it lying down the first time for 20 minutes my eyes became really numb from the heavy weight of the product and I actually couldn't properly see from the sides of both of my eyes for a bit after that. so i advise everyone to use this device sitting up instead of lying down that way it will less likely hurt and damage your eyes.

Just recieved my LED Mask will test it and leave a review at a later date. Honestly I didn't have any communication with seller and as for the tracking it show how progress of whether the product was it's way. I was going to wait for the 2weeks first before contacting the seller, base on thereviews most received it within that time range. I didn't have to, as it came within the two weeks. I was a bit worried because I'm in the UK and the whole Brexit means that when your expecting things shipped from abroad it will take a little longer than usual. so that went fast! i think 1 week i got this package! thanks for the fast shipment! i ordered without a box. It came perfectly protected in a strong bubble bag. I put the knobs in its place for the micro electro thingy, the lowest intensity but it feels strange to my face. i got scared so i took the knobs off. so i'd go further with only the led mask. it feels allright. do not see anything offcourse after the first time, so i will update later, after a couple of weeks. so stay tuned!
